Mission Statement

The Boca Raton Museum of Art is a visual arts institution, essentially educational and aesthetic in nature, with the purpose of enhancing the appreciation and understanding of the visual arts through (l) the acquisition and care of a permanent collection of international historic, modern and contemporary art in all its manifestations; (2) the presentation of a high quality and diverse exhibitions schedule with supportive adult education and school programs; (3) the coordination of a significant instructional studio program serving professional and aspiring artists with fine art, craft, and interdisciplinary classes, workshops, and associated programs.
